AIB had never advertised in the UK before. It was important that their branch managers bought into any marketing collateral, or they simply wouldn’t use it.
The ads (and in-branch posters) were hard-hitting, but clearly not expensively produced. In some cases, like the Business Banking brochure, they were personalised for the branch or manager. They loved them and they worked!
We also re-designed and produced all of their customer facing materials from cards and cheque books, to product leaflets, service brochures and a set of Independent Guides to underline their new ‘Honest Broker’ positioning.
